I appreciate that occasionally you may need to cancel an appointment.

At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit that will be credited towards your treatment. This is non-refundable as time has been specifically reserved for your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will be transferred to a future appointment. Appointments are in demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care. This policy enables me to have as many available appointments for my clients as I can. However, providing less than 24 hours’ notice will require you to pay a cancellation fee equal to the deposit paid. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and have not notified me you will be late, it is considered a no-show and you will be liable for the remaining balance of the treatment. Also, if you are late and I am still able to see you, I may not be able to give you the full treatment booked but you will still be liable to pay the balance in full.

All new clients are required to sign the cancellations policy upon their first treatment.
